I had a rump steak cooked in English with french fries and a side salad. The meat and the fries were very good. The salad also tasted good, but the taste is reminiscent of a ready-made product. 🤔

Cozy corner in a black forest town. Ambience is good, prices are ok, on the menu was a bit too much of everything which is good for variety but I'm not so sure of the quality. Granted, i haven't tried everything on the menu. When I visit such locales, i go for staples of the region that rarely disappoint. In this case, I had a turkey schnitzel with gravy and rice and a yummy side salad. It was good. Not award winning, but good. For 13€, it was definitely worth my money.

Salad sauce is outstanding. Food is mostly good to very good. But I've often had a slightly poorer quality, mainly in meat dishes such as Turkey schnitzel or rump steak etc. The restaurant is always well attended, which speaks for the price-performance ratio. However, the chairs and bench cushions are getting on in years. When I was 14 I was there for my confirmation, now I'm 33 and the location is even older than 20 years. The restaurant should be at least partially renewed. Unfortunately, the basic cleaning leaves a lot to be desired, the lamps above the tables are totally dusty, which is more than unsavory. Is everything a well-intentioned criticism to give the operator the opportunity to become even better. Despite the shortcomings mentioned, I will still eat there in the hope that everything will be fixed.

Food was ok but didn't blow my mind either. What really annoyed me were the Corona measures among the guests and that the owner doesn't do anything about it! Every 2nd person walks into the restaurant and also to the toilet without a face mask! Not possible in the current situation! But what do you expect when the owner sometimes doesn't wear a face mask and the staff doesn't use them properly ?!

Quality and taste is overall mediocre. Anything with tomato sauce I would not recommend. Too watery and tasteless. Gambas Pil-Pil was ok. Waiters are friendly, but not very attentive.

Great restaurant with very tasty food. The dishes are fresh and the portions are large. Great value for money. The service was very friendly. We will definitely be happy to come back :) P.s .: Because in a previous comment it was criticized that the "corona measures" were not observed there: I absolutely cannot confirm this.

Great atmosphere to sit outside, if you want with a view of the busy street and the market place or quiet in the screened part. I ate a very recommendable fish salad.

Here is the best salad dressing 😊☝🏼 My favorite dish here is Rigatoni the way it is - simply delicious.

Eat well as always. However, the corona measures were not dealt with at all !!! Masks on staff, FAILURE INDICATION. Safety distances between the tables, ERROR DISPLAY. We ate and left quickly as we didn't feel comfortable. Just careless and irresponsible.

Great restaurant, we've come here ever since I'm a kid. Something for everyone, whether pizza, fries with schnitzel or rump steak (huge meat portions!). Always great, no idea why some write something bad.

Super delicious food. Nice typical Italian staff, accommodating and endeavored to the guest. The food is warm, delicious and adequate in the serving size. My tortellini in Gorgonzola sauce was great, the taste is 98% of my very first Gorgonzola sauce ran, which I had eaten 25 years ago the first time. For a big plus. The consistency of the sauce should still be a little bit "firmer", so that it sticks to the tortellini, then you would have achieved 100% :-) The rest of the food in our group was just as delicious and top, which you can also see in the pictures ...

Fine atmosphere with reason prices. Food is nice like in every restaurant you will find better and worse but overall it is with to go there. They have big menu so for sure you will find something for yourself - see food is definitely worth trying.

Updated rating: The kitchen is the highest in quality, freshness and taste. In Germany I have never been served a better fish dish. One of the best Mediterranean restaurants in the southwest, maybe the best.

Honestly it was ok, we have had much better Italian food at other places. Calamari had way way too much tomato sauce, and the calamari itself was chewy. Spegatti carbanara is good but its has way to much sauce, would have looked and tasted better with at least 50% less sauce. Service was fine and quick. Prices are low, but I would not really come back or at least if I did I'd try something else.
